Registration for the RSA and Goode Intelligence Executive Identity & Access Management Roundtable is subject to the following conditions and you should not register unless you agree with these conditions. By registering for this event you are agreeing to these conditions.

 

RSA and Goode Intelligence accept no liability to any person for loss or damages incurred as a result of reliance upon material contained in these Terms and Conditions.

 

Conditions of Registration

Every attendee to the Executive Identity & Access Management Roundtable must register using a valid email address, current job title and company name. Your ticket will be emailed to you by Eventzilla and you must present your ticket in order to gain entry to the event.

 

Your event badge must be worn for admittance and to all sessions. Every person must have their own badge; sharing of badges is not permitted.

 

By registering for this event you are confirming that you will attend the Executive Identity & Access Management Roundtable. If you are late, entry is not guaranteed although it will be offered wherever possible.

 

Photographs and/or filming may be taken at this event to be used by Goode Intelligence and/or RSA for publicity purposes. By registering for this event you are providing us with permission for any images to be used for these purposes.

 

We reserve the right to refuse admission or attendance to any patron.

 

Smoking is not permitted in the venue.

 

Mobile phones, pagers, watches and other electronic equipment should be silenced before each discussion/presentation begins.

 

RSA and Goode Intelligence reserve the right to make any alterations to the advertised agenda rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.

The organisers will accept no responsibility for any matters including fire, storm, national emergency, war, labour disputes, strikes or lockouts, civil disturbances, explosion, inevitable accident, force majeure, or any other cause not within the control of the organisers.

 

 

Errors

Errors made by you when entering your data, are your responsibility and we will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by the supply of incorrect personal information. It is your responsibility to check that the tickets issued to you are accurate.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations can be made by you online, by telephone or by email. Should the event be postponed or cancelled for any reason, you will be offered the option to transfer to another Goode Intelligence event.

 

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend the event after registering, you may send someone of a similar role level in your place. Substitutions must be proposed by emailing michelle.goode@goodeintelligence.com at least three working days before the event.

 

 

Your statutory rights are not affected and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
