This camp will expose your child to the fascinating study of Marine Biology. We will be dissecting 5 unique specimens to help us understand the wonderful way these animals are adapted for life under the sea. Ages 5-9 will not be allowed to cut, but will be allowed to do plenty of pinning, tweezing, and exploring. Ages 9-13 will be allowed to do their own cutting with close supervision. Adults are encouraged to attend with their children if they desire. Learning together can be a wonderful way to make some summer memories.
Class Projects will include:? Dissection basics ? Dissection of : Clam, Crayfish, Starfish, Squid and a SHARK (done in small groups)
