We are proud to offer this program to young elite soccer players of our community. We have invited top youth soccer trainers from the Netherlands to offer a high intensity training program. These trainers have coached top youth players at the best youth academies in the world. Come experience what it is like to train with the best and come find out what it takes to elevate your game to the next level. Players will be tested on various elements of soccer that are being taught at the best soccer academies. We will conduct several skill tests like Speed, Agility & Quickness, Turning Techniques, Speeding up with the ball, Chipping and Striking the ball. In General, we will offer a comprehensive Training Program in a safe environment where we will take children out of their Comfort zone into the Learning zone. Subjects of Training will be: Technique, Passing, Receiving, 1vs1, Finishing, Small sided Games and various SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) exercises.
This program is designed for the elite soccer player who considers soccer as one of their main sports and has experience playing at higher competition in local leagues and events.
COACHING STAFF
Eddie van Schaick
Eddie has been around the world to coach, study, and direct youth clubs and federations. He has worked for Ajax as the U12 team coach, and has been head of their international consulting department to promote the methods of the world famous Ajax Academy abroad. He currently provides soccer consultancy services worldwide.
Renaldo Landburg
Renaldo started his professional career as a Track & Field athlete. He took his experience and education to apply techniques in running, coordination and fitness to soccer. He has spent much of his career at Ajax as their Speed and Agility trainer for their youth academy.
Roland van Wayenburg
UEFA A Licensed coach who was a youth academy coach at Feyenoord, a professional dutch club and also known for having one of the top youth academies in the world.
TRAINING GROUPS
Girls - 9 – 11 am - U9 (born 2010) through U14 (born 2005)
Boys -12 – 2 pm - U9 (born 2010) through U14 (born 2005)
Every participant will receive a T-shirt and certificate of completion. After testing, the top players of each age group will receive a written player evaluation by the coaching staff.
Q&A SESSION
We will provide an opportunity for parents, at no additional cost, to meet the trainers and to learn more about soccer development at Elite clubs in Europe. This event will be held on Wednesday August 15th at 6pm in the metal building at Harmony Sports Complex.
