Join attorney Colonel F. Betz for a 90-minute presentation on estate planning, including a review of powers of attorney, wills, and trusts. He will also address the importance of living wills and proactive care planning. 

A partner with the Perkins Cole LLP law firm in Seattle,  Colonel specializes in trust and estate planning.  Mr. Betz is a native Skagitonian.
