Fragments

FRIDAY, JUNE 21 @ 9 p.m.
THURSDAY, JUNE 27 @ 7 p.m.

Fragments is a solo show and a fusion of autobiographical writing, fantasy, dreams, and nightmares, and pushes the boundaries of the perception of mental health with regards to gun violence. Somewhere between chaos and humanity lies the protagonist's quickly deteriorating reality. Fragments is a story of dissociation and trying to make sense of nonsense. Relying on the sounds of words rather than only meaning, this performance is experiential rather than story-driven.

The mission of the Spartanburg Fringe Arts Festival to create an open and accessible platform for local artists (emerging, independent and established) for artistic expression, experimentation and performance in all disciplines: theatre, film, dance, spoken work, music, art, literature, and more! The festival is inclusive and artists from a variety of cultural perspectives, artists from underrepresented communities, and artists presenting work that is culturally specific and geographically diverse are encouraged to apply.
