The purpose of EEODF Workshop is to provide supervisors with:

  • Awareness and knowledge about equal employment opportunity laws;
  • A conceptual understanding of a manager's role and responsibility in eliminating discrimination and incorporating equal employment opportunity principles in day-to day activities; and
  • Techniques on how to integrate principles of fairness, equity and consisitency into employee-related  management decisions
