EPAF Training

You will be creating ePAFs for the following faculty groups for SPRING 2017:

• Adjunct faculty rehired for teaching credited hour course/s
• Permanent faculty teaching credit hour course as overload
• Permanent staff teaching credit hour course as extra duty

 In preparation for ePAFs for SPRING 2017, please begin to prepare your PPA form, Position and Personnel Action Form  for faculty teaching (as described above) during the SPRING 2017 semester (16 & 8 week courses).  Please bring your prepared PPA forms (no signatures needed) to the session in order to enter the new ePAFs. You may list your courses within the Justification/Comments section of the PPA form.  

 *** This training is MANDATORY for those individuals who are creating ePAFs, all new approvers of ePAFs or anyone who would need proxy access. 

 If you do not have ePAF user access,  you will need to request ePAF user access (Request for Administrative User Accounts - Banner / WebFocus).  Please make your request at least three business days prior attending the session.
