*This training is MANDATORY for:

  • anyone who is creating ePAFs (if new creator, see instructions below to request user access)
  • all new approvers of ePAFs (see instructions below to request user access)
  • anyone who would need proxy access

 

You will be creating ePAFs for the following faculty groups for FALL 2019:

  • Adjunct faculty rehired for teaching credited hour course/s
  • Permanent faculty teaching credit hour course as overload
  • Permanent staff teaching credit hour course as extra duty

In preparation for ePAFs for FALL 2019, please begin to prepare your PPA form, Position and Personnel Action Form for faculty teaching to bring with you to your ePAF training session for FALL 2019 adjunct/overload contracts.  Please bring your prepared PPA forms (no signatures needed) to the session in order to enter the new ePAFs. You will list your courses within the Justification/Comments section of the PPA form.  

 

If you do not have ePAF user access,  you will need to request ePAF user access (Request for Administrative User Accounts - Banner / WebFocus).  Please make your request at least three business days prior attending the training session.

**This includes any NEW USERS; such as NEW department chairs, deans or administrative supports**
