Topics covered in this course include Mold, Radon Gas, Asbestos, Lead, Chinese Drywall, Urea Formaldehyde and underground storage tanks. The goal of this course is to raise the agent’s understanding of the most common environmental issues found in homes, and the role of both the agent and the inspector.
