With the reinstitution of the management and occupancy review, you want to make sureyou are fully in compliance with all the requirements of EIV. Remember there is a financial penalty for not using EIV "in its entirety". We will go over the list of areas that will be audited and suggestions on howto maintain compliance.

Heather brings over17 years of low income housing experience. She has been responsible for oversight and monitor properties with Project Based Section 8 (PBS8), Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME, and Rural Development (RD).
She also has experience with the Acquisition and Rehabilitation of project based Section 8 and/or Rural Development properties using the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, including the certification and relocation of all the residents. Heather has worked for both private management companies as well as the Idaho Housing and Finance Association.
For the past year she has also been working as a contract trainer for Nan McKay and Associates training various programs including RAD/PBRA, LIHTC, MHS and EIV. Heather has recently formed Highway 55 Housing Consulting which provides training and consulting services on all aspects of low income housing.
