Description: The Department of Children and Families’ Supervisory staff play a key role in the learning model of their social work staff. The goal of this webinar is to provide DCF Supervisors with tools to guide their staff in how to encourage and support fatherhood engagement. This webinar will promote and assist in creating positive opportunities for DCF Supervisors by providing intellectual and courageous conversations regarding fatherhood engagement and the possible barriers they or their staff may be experiencing.
