Emotional Reflexology (PRE-REQUISITE “A”)

As a holistic therapy, reflexology affects all aspects of health—including emotional health. But did you know that there are specific reflexes to work for differing emotional health needs? We will learn the emotional reflexes, and the techniques for working them; grounding and calming techniques; and some simple but effective ways you can assist a client through an emotional release, if one should arise during a reflexology session. Emotional reflexology is best when used in conjunction with a full body reflexology map. For example, treat the whole body in a session with a full reflexology routine—affecting hormone, brain and nervous system functions—and end with emotional reflexology techniques, or intersperse emotional reflexology throughout a full session as needed.

PRE-REQUISITE “A”: Student of ASR Foot Reflexology Certification; OR Foot Reflexology Certification from ANY institute (minimum 30 hours classroom plus 60 hours practicum)
