Training in Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

Emotions. Emotions are a characteristic or trait that all humans possess and makes them stand out from almost any other creature or being. The brain's natural, external interactions and the internal, natural interactions of neurons and hormones within it are what fuels an individual's emotions. They can be used to power simple interactions between individuals and objects, as well as complex, intangible tasks that require immense energy.

However, this powerful tool can be a double-edged weapon. Incorrect use or misuse of these tools can cause problems in personal relationships, social situations, and even in the workplace. Unskilled management emotions in the workplace can place undue stress on an already fragile work environment, breeding more toxicity, resentment, and delays. Most importantly, poorly understood or misdiagnosed emotional Stress within colleagues, employees, and associates can lead to problems within the corporate structure and, worse, cause irreparable, if not permanent, harm to those affected.

Paramount Training and Development created a course to address the increasing emotional demands in the workplace to address these issues.

There is a growing demand for people who can understand and use emotions to improve the performance of employees as well as manage their occasional negative effects. Paramount Training and Development believes it is a humane solution to a very real problem. Our Emotional Intelligence training (EQ) is designed to address the growing demand for emotional understanding and emotional intelligence. It also equips individuals with the skills to provide this service to anyone who requests it.
