to join us for our October Meeting at Rose Hill Mansion

Please note this Social Meeting begins at 5:30pm.

We will be presenting Robin White with the Women in American History Award for her efforts in historic preservation. The Middleton-White Foundation, with Robert and Robin White as proprietors, purchased Rose Hill Mansion and the surrounding 12.5 acres on April 12, 1996, though the house had been nearly destroyed by a fire in 1987. Robert (Rusty) and Robin were married in the conservatory a year later; since then, Robin has been dedicated to restoring the Gothic Revival mansion and sharing her love of this unique property and its history with Lowcountry residents and tourists.

We will have the privilege of touring the home with professional docents. Second Vice Regent, Marian Crapanzano, is coordinating the wine and appetizers we are all sure to enjoy throughout the evening. We will be bringing bite-sized appetizers to share.
