This mini-course will take you through the practice of TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) a unique method to release tension directly from the nervous system and physical tissues.
It engages a biologically built-in mechanism for stress release, a tremor-like shaking that discharges the energy build up from stress and traumatic events.

I want to offer you some of the practical magic that helped and is helping me along the way. I have worked with emotionally focused bodywork and osteopathic medicine for more than 10 years and have taught TRE since 2005. I met Sat Shree in 2006, served and practiced as a trainer for the last years, and now I’m coming into my own manifestation.
The course will include two sessions for a total of five hours. An introductory session will also be held on April 25 where you can learn more about me and TRE.
