FREE Value Building Workshop (Elim Group) 18-005

FREE Value Building Workshop!!! Elim Groups of up to 12 owners of small and midsize businesses participate in five interactive peer group sessions on the five stages of enterprise value maturity:  identify value, protect value, build value, harvest value, and manage value. Elim Group 18-005 will meet over and intensive 1.5 days. Each session includes facilitated discussion of a strategic question, a lesson on a value maturity stage, and a practical exercise. At the end of the 1.5 days, business owners will understand what drives the market value of their company and how to measure that value, how to protect the value of their business, how to systematically build value, the various options for harvesting that value, and managing the value once they have converted it into actual wealth. 

ELIM Group 18-005 will meet beginning August 30-31, 2018 at 9:00 AM at the Community Business Partnership in Springfield, VA.  Refreshments and lunch will be provided. There will be a networking social at the nearby Hilton on Agust 30th. Sessions end at 1:00 PM on August 31st.

The quoted price is a flat fee that covers participation in all five sessions.

This program provides the most value for owners of privately-held companies with at least $5 million of annual revenue.  However, owners who expect to hit that revenue goal within the next 2 or 3 years would also benefit greatly from participation.

Elim Groups are based on the OWNER ROUNDTABLE series developed by the Exit Planning Institute. Educational materials presented during the series are used by Go Beyond under licensing agreement with the EPI.
