Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Fundamentals (EEODF) Training:
This training is required for all North Carolina State government managers and supervisors who have been hired, promoted, or appointed since July 1, 1991.
(Managers and supervisors hired, promoted, or appointed before this date are encouraged to attend)
The Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Fundamentals (EEODF) workshop addresses EEO law compliance and issues of workplace diversity in State government.
The training focuses on:
· Developing awareness and building skills that can be used on the job
· Employment discrimination laws and how they impact managerial decisions
Case studies and other activities are used to learn how to apply the laws’ principles to create fair, equitable, and inclusive work environments.
The skills taught in EEODF enable state government managers and supervisors to address complex diversity issues in a legally compliant manner.

The training will be offered on the following date:
Attendees must complete a series of online modules prior to attending the training session. Modules cannot be completed the day before the training.
Register online at NC Learning Center and type in EEODF to begin completing the online modules. Once you complete the online modules you can select a training date to register for the Fayetteville State University Employee Session.
Important Note: All online modules and the assessment (test) must be completed within the curriculum before you have the option to register for an available classroom session. You will not be admitted to a classroom location without completing the modules. Click Here for Required Modules
