Thank you for your Non Refundable Deposit. This will secure your players spot on the EAJ Team. This payment covers Uniform and Practices thru Feb 26th. If you OPT out due to your school season starting on March 1st, 2021 you will not recieve a refund but we will ship your players uniform and bag. We will play regardless of a HSFB season as most 2021 Athletes have OPT out of thier HS teams already.
If you OPT OUT before March 1st, in lue of refund we can convert your payment to a donation and we will provide you with a tax deductable reciept.
These are uncertain times but in order to secure our uniforms and our spot (1 team of only 64 allowed to play) we are paying for everything up front and refunds are not give by uniform vendor or WCA. Therefor NO REFUNDS can be provided.
