Our Music Therapy Class was a huge success with the ocean drum being the biggest hit, so we will be making our very own Ocean Drum to take home and learn how to use it! The ocean drum allows for easy play with subtle movements that are both accessible and unintimidating. it has a hypnotic quality that allows for visual, tactile, and auditory aspects that provide a multi-sensory experience for the child. This event is free of charge and will be held at the E-factory on June 15 from 9am-11am for ages 0-6.

The Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks was originally created by six families wanting to make a difference in the lives of their children with Down syndrome.
