DSGO members 7 and up are welcome to attend our free adaptive yoga class sponsored by Monica Baker Yoga. Individuals with Down Syndrome (7+), parents, and siblings are invited. Monica Baker Yoga has kindly offered to host another free yoga session in addition to our usual programming events.

This will be held at Drury's Center for Music Therapy and Wellness 1312 N. Benton Ave Springfield MO 65802.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will have a couple extras that can be handed out. Register to save your spot!

The Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks was originally created by six families wanting to make a difference in the lives of their children with Down syndrome. With their ideas, the leadership of Lynn Neidigh and the support of both the St. Louis & Kansas City groups, DSGO officially became a 501 (c)(3) in 2006. We have come a long way but know that there is still much more that we can do to make our mission an everyday reality.
