Monday, 11 October 2021 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EDT

The past year has been transformative. Before 2020, few people considered the impact a pandemic might have on quality, business-prediction models or educational development and distribution. The most difficult challenge for many organizations was innovating quickly enough to stay ahead of the market while still meeting high standards for quality. In this session, a panel of healthcare simulation and training experts will share the journey of innovation and quality before, during, and after the pandemic. What did innovation and quality in the healthcare space look like? How did that change? And what does the future hold for those innovation centers trying to grow? Join us for lunch and engage in discussion at the interface of technology, innovation, and quality.

Objectives of this symposium will include:

  • Discuss the impact of the pandemic on small and large organizations all over the world.
  • Discuss how a pivot to digital learning creates data that can identify training needs and best practices.
  • Outline ways to foster innovation and growth while maintaining the highest quality standards.

This event will take place at the:

The ANESTHESIOLOGY® annual meeting

Upper Level 6D-6E

San Diego Convention Center

A boxed lunch will be served
