Dressage the Trail (Mornings) and Advancing Western Dressage (Afternoons) SAT/SUN

We will continue to focus on western dressage. This year due to interest we are doing a dressage on the trail group for the AM class. You can take this class as a new student or a returning student.

There will be 3 clinics all together, and they are meant are build on each other. It is not a requirement that all 3 be attended, but highly encouraged. 

 

8 to 12 riders in a group setting

May 19th and 20th

July 21st and 22nd

October 13th and 14th

9-12:00 For the AM dressage on the trail group

1:30 to 4:30 For the PM advancing dressage group

You may choose to ride both am and pm if you desire to ride all day both days. 

 

Facility/Requirements:

Lakeview Farms

Indoor/outdoor arena

Trails, obstacle course area 

Clinic will be held rain or shine, and move indoors as necessary

 

The Dressage on the Trail group:

Walk and trot in a group setting with confidence on the trail. 

Cantering issues ok, as the rider is confident to address it in a trail/group setting during the clinic or choose not to canter. 

The Advanced group:

Walk, trot and canter in a group setting with confidence. Previous clinics with Jack required or pre- approval.

 

We will continue our main course share and potluck side dish style lunches. 

Audit: $20.00 per person per day

Camping: $20 with electrical, $15 primitive per night

Horse Paddock/Stall: $20 per area - You will need to supply your own feed and shavings. Hay may be available please call ahead if you can not bring enough.

 Privates will be available on a scheduled basis and range from friday afternoon to sat evenings after the clinic is over. They are $100.00, plus a $5 arena fee.
