Downtown Courtenay BIA AGM 2016

The Downtown Courtenay BIA welcomes you to attend the upcoming Annual General Meeting and Business Mixer. Special presentation will be provided by City of Courtenay Councillor David Frisch.

Doors will open at 6pm with refreshments and cash bar, and the meeting will begin at 6:30pm.

Elections for Board of Director will occur after reports from Current Directors. 

Nominations for the Board of Directors may be made by a DCBIA Member in good standing, and delivered to the Executive Director no later than 1 week prior to the Annual General Meeting.  Nominations from the floor are also accepted, during the AGM.  Nominees must be present to accept nominations, or have provided a written statement that they accept the nomination.

The meetings are open to all business members of the DCBIA, business owners, property owners, associate members and employees of downtown businesses. One representative from each BIA business may vote, and one representative from each property owner may vote.
