And quite demanding, as you need not only to envision, incubate and develop innovative ideas, but also to continuously motivate your colleagues to keep the pace. What is a team? All the necessary conditions to talk about a team (and not a group!)

Team members: how to recruit and build teams based on diverse profiles (T-person)

How to plant and cultivate the competences of innovative teams: creative courage, business ideas generation, collaboration, testing hypothesis and experimenting

Dealing with difficulties: case studies from various industries

Setting up the stage: creating innovative conditions (time, space, rituals...)

Who are the facilitators:
Magdalena Jakubowska: Dedicated to develop memorable user experiences using design research, co-creation and prototyping. Since 2010 I design and facilitate adult learning experiences following human-centred methodologies like Design Thinking.
Piotr Gawel: Social psychologist passionate about creativity and social innovation. I am addicted to creative energy of co-creation!
