A night of Self Compassion, Self Love, and Self Healing.
The energy of the Divine Feminine is powerful, and it gaines exponentially in power, any time a group of women gather together for community, understanding and support, all in the name of personal healing. Join us as we hold a safe space for one another, not in judgement of one another, instead, in love of one another.
This will be a mostly non verbal experience, with the floor being opened at very specific times for sharing and reflecting. You are never under obligation to speak. This is a personal journey and you only share what you feel compelled to.
At each Healing Circle we'll work to build breath and body awareness. Look for and gain understanding of the knowledge stored in our muscles. The experiences and emotions that they hold onto, what helps them release. We'll observe our internal system to lock onto things that are holding us back and weighing us down. We'll move to release these things back to the Universe through a variety of healing exercises including, but not limited to writing/sketching, Yoga and meditation. We'll build intentions that help progress us forward in the coming weeks and months and use the power of meditation and manifestation for self healing.
Things to bring with you:
- A Journal and Pen or Pencil or A sketchbook with something to sketch with
- The knowledge of something you need to release.
- an intention
- Comfortable clothing
Other optional things you may wish to bring
- A favorite pillow, blanket, stuffed animal...
- favorite essential oil to share with others
- A favorite photo, poem, or writing excerpt ( these can represent what you wish to release or your intention, or not.)
- A button, coin, jewel, stone or trinket. These need to be small. Something you can hold in your hand. They are for energy charging and need to represent a happy, cheerful emotion. memory, or experience. Please choose carefully. These will be taken back home with you.

- Sensory Therapeutics
- Dancing, Painting
Each Healing Circle will be a different experience from the last one, so feel free to attend as many as you feel necessary. Through individual Healing we can build a stronger community.
