2. Introduce the hidden saboteurs of success and fulfillment that hold us back from delivering extraordinary results and experiencing unprecedented fulfillment and the simple habits that can help us be and show up as a Transformative Leader.


3. Compel and empower the participants to move their organization beyond the constraints of the past and to the next level of performance and fulfillment.


4. Introduce practical steps to accelerate progress on creating a High Commitment Culture and delivering breakthrough results and unprecedented fulfillment.
