DESCOVY FOR PrEP is indicated in at-risk adults and adolescents (=35 kg) to reduce the risk of sexually acquired HIV-1 infection, excluding individuals at risk from receptive vaginal sex. The presentation will cover Contraindication, Warnings and Precautions, Adverse Reaction, Drug Reactions and more. Presented by Anthony Gutierrez, Community Liaison, Gilead Sciences. Hosted by Alexandria Health Department and Alexandria Commission on HIV/AIDS.
