DIOA 2020 Annual Conference Denver, CO
We are excited to announce the dates and venue for the 2020 DIOA conference. The Renaissance Marriott, located within downtown Denver’s former Colorado National Bank building, one of Colorado’s most beautiful and historic buildings and will host the annual DIOA conference from March 3-5th, 2020. This is an exciting venue and a great time to visit Colorado. With another year down, we will have over 620 years of offset experience in attendance and we are looking forward to the opportunity to benefit from the candid and interactive subject matter presentations, along with in-depth training and networking opportunities.
We will continue to focus on fostering the industry and USG engagements on the challenges of offsets and the international markets. We are committed to bringing you value by facilitating interactions and training opportunities that are focused on quality, candidness, and collaboration. We will also be concentrating on meaningful and in-depth focus areas for experienced offset practitioners.
By coming together, we have the unique opportunity to share knowledge and experiences that help each of us and our companies to be successful. DIOA as the leading offset organization providing training, knowledge transfer and resources is dedicated solely to US obligors and the USG. The main conference will begin at 1:00pm on Wednesday, March 4th and finish with a closing reception the evening of Thursday, March 5th. DIOA offers the most comprehensive Offset Training in the industry. We begin Tuesday morning March 3rd with Offset Basics, this section includes everything an offset professional needs include background, concepts and terms. In the afternoon we offer a highly interactive and intense Negotiation Workshop. On Wednesday morning March 4th, we kick it into high gear with Advanced Topics training which provides a deeper look in to the facets of offset and explore the “how to” aspects of several topics including allowable costs and negotiation strategies.
