The HOW-TO Series!

3 Palliative Care workshops offered once in English and once in French throughout the 2016-2017 season.

Schedule: Wednesday Evenings. Light Dinner served at 4:30 p.m., with the presentation starting at 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Registration is free to Long Term Care staff in the Champlain Region.
