In our exclusive lunch roundtable you can explore the human side of digitalization with experts and peers from the financial industry.
About the topic:
Expecting employees to be excited about the advent of digital transformation is based on a misunderstanding and will inevitably dissapoint us.
We expect rational professionals to automatically adopt rational business changes. But if we were rational creatures, our world would have no wars, no love and no gummy-bear. For many employees, digital transformation represents a severe threat to the job they like, to the client relationships they take pride in, and even to the profession they master. No wonder they resent it.
What does it mean for you?
How do you address the human side of your digital journey?
You will be asked to contribute with at least one question you would like to discuss, which you please provide with your registration.
Please note that all information shared during this roundtable will be treated confidentially, this applies also to your questions.
Two rules of engagement:
- We plan our transfer, aiming to arrive and start punctualy
- We are curious and we provide a safe zone for everyone to speak their mind
What you can expect:
- A powerful exchange of views, challenges and experiences amongst experts and decision takers
- A platform for professional networking with representatives from leading financial players
- Not only food for thought but also an appetizing lunch
