Princeton Blue's annual customer conference, Digital Transformation Summit 2016, is now confirmed for September 29, 2016. This is our 4th year hosting a customer conference and the feedback from the attendees continues to be extremely positive. Based on your feedback last year and the changes in our industry over the past 2-3 years, we have decided to rename this event to "Digital Transformation Summit". Most of you are going thru some form of digital automation addressing the most strategic aspects of your business, be it customer experience or the backoffice processes that support it. While BPM is a key technology, it is just one of many that can successfully helps you transform in this digital automation journey. We believe digital transformation is achieved thru a combination of BPM, Business Rules, low-code development, mobile devices and cognitive technologies. Hence the new name!
Industry thought leaders will share their experiences as keynote speakers and moderate the customer discussions during the event. Our keynote speakers this year include Nathaniel Palmer, BPM Thought Leader and Evangelist at BPM.com, and Prof. Michael zur Muehlen, Associate Dean of Graduate Studies at Stevens Institute of Technology and Pramod Sachdeva, Founder and Managing Director at Princeton Blue. All will share their thoughts on what’s working with digital automation and what’s not based on real world project implementations and what innovations to expect from digital automation vendors in the coming year.
