Join us for an important seminar on differentiated instruction for learners with Down syndrome.

Tuesday, February 7th from 8:30 AM-11:30 AM
DSG Office: 5960 Dearborn St. Suite #100 Mission, KS 66202

Differentiated instruction is a frame of mind. Differentiation means tailoring instruction to meet individual students needs. In this seminar we will explore approaches to differentiating the content students learn, the process through which they learn it and how they demonstrated what they have learned.

Participants will practice both a retrofit and a universial design for learning approach to differentiation. Using information and materials developed by Dr. Richard Villa, participants will have the opportunity to practice differentiating lesson plans that integrate whole class, group and individuals strategies.

Breakfast provided. No childcare will be available for this event.
