Module 1: Mindfulness and Distress Tolerance: for crisis management and tolerating difficult and intense emotions.  Includes 1 Mindfulness session and 6 sessions of distress tolerance skills for managing intense emotions and coping when it is unlikely or impossible that a situation will change.

Module 2: Mindfulness and Emotion Regulation: Includes 1 Mindfulness session and 6 sessions for changing the intensity of emotions, identifying and understanding emotions as well as reducing unwanted emotions.
