Mindful Living and Wellbeing is offering places in the Adult Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Group Skills Course.
This weekly group will teach coping skills for managing tough emotions and changing behaviour.
The course covers:
Mindfulness: for awareness of emotions, improved control of thinking and behaviour
Distress Tolerance: for crisis management and tolerating difficult and intense emotions
Emotion Regulation: for changing the intensity of emotions, understanding emotions and reducing unwanted emotions
Interpersonal Effectiveness: for improved communication, forming and looking after relationships and reducing conflict.
