Patterns of interpersonal communication define how we interact with others. How we interact with and respond to others determines how people treat us and can impact our self-confidence and self-esteem. This training will review and analyze passive, aggressive and assertive patterns of interpersonal behavior and how you can communicate effectively and appropriately with family, friends, coworkers, and those we serve.
This class is offered through a partnership between Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services and the Mental Health Association of Fauquier County. Alan Rasmussen of RRCS will be the presenter for this topic.
