Effective programs rely on facilitators who understand how to design compelling programs for adults and offer meaningful, engaging learning experiences.

Designing and Facilitating Adult Learning is intended to hone the skills of educators who design and lead professional learning experiences. Conference workshops are grounded in research on adult learning and include practical strategies, active learning and opportunities to collaborate with others. Participants will leave the conference with the knowledge, resources, and next steps to impact and further their practice.

Participants will attend two workshops, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Facilitated by LCI President Giselle O. Martin-Kniep, Ph.D, and LCI Senior Consultant Diane Cunningham, Ed.D

Appropriate for: school leaders, coaches, department chairs, instructional leads and staff developers.
