Each summer, Brothers from around the world gather to celebrate the history of Delta Lambda Phi and plan out the future of the organization. With health and safety concerns causing the in-person portion of annual convention to be cancelled for the first time in our history, we're looking to new innovative ways to complete the business of the Fraternity and provide opportunities to socially engage with members new and old. This will be the first virtual convention of it's kind in DLP! Please take some time to review the schedule we have prepared through the month of July. This virtual array of programming features educational workshops/discussions, casual hangouts, informational sessions, and the Business Meeting. These events are scattered out over the course of several weeks to minimize virtual fatigue. We understand that you may be unable to attend all of them, but we hope you make it a point to attend at least a few - take advantage of these opportunities to engage with your fellow Brothers, find out what's happening in DLP, and help plan our future!

This is why we Convention! Delegates representing chapters and provisional chapters spread out over North America gather to shape the direction of Delta Lambda Phi through discussions and resolutions. Decisions made in the Business Meeting will guide the Fraternity on everything from rituals to policies and honors.
This year's Business Meeting will be the first of it's kind for DLP - conducted remotely via Zoom. While things will be different without our typical setup (complete with speaker mics, voting placards, etc), the importance of being present and making your voice known remains the same.
Delegates will have their invitations to the Business Meeting sent direclty to their email.
All other attendees will be able to watch the Business Meeting in the DLP Bulletin Facebook Group.

As we look forward to the fall semester, all fraternities are asking “How will we recruit if we can’t be on campus?” This roundtable discussion will brainstorm and share strategies to ensure that just because your fall semester might look different, you can still recruit.
