Participants will discover that delegation does not mean distributing different tasks to individuals. You must also be able to ask effective questions and use listening techniques to become a better delegator.

Delegating tasks without thinking is a dangerous practice. Participants will be able to learn through interactive discussions how to avoid common pitfalls and problems that can arise when delegating tasks and how to fix them if they do.
