CoResolve is based on the Lewis method of Deep Democracy developed in post-apartheid South Africa and practiced in over 20 countries around the world. Deep Democracy is a psychologically based facilitation methodology particularly useful for working with relationship and group dynamics that are emotionally charged or marked by difference. CoResolve gives you the theoretical background, instructions, experiential learning opportunities, and long-term support that you need to begin using the most powerful and essential tools of Deep Democracy in your leadership.

This course will teach you how to:

·       diagnose signs of unhealthy and unproductive group dynamics

·       benefit from diversity of opinions in teams and create real inclusion in daily language and in meetings decisions

·       lean into inevitable tensions and conflict in a healthy way while increasing creativity and getting to decisions that stick

·       have vivid, exciting, mind opening discussions in meetings

·       have open, honest conversations and trust-based relations

Held virutally via Zoom Oct 26 & 27 + Nov 2, 3 & 9 (9:00am - 12:30pm)

Course cost

·       Individual/Public Agency/Nonprofit | $850

·       Corporate | $1,150

·       Students | $650
