Instruction in Decision Making

Sharpen your memory and be more attentive

Memory is one of the most affected components by work stress and strain. It is easy to see how memory loss could adversely impact a person’s ability to do their job at home or work. However, there have been many advances in the understanding of the human mind. As such, experts and researchers have developed strategies and methods to improve one’s memory. These strategies and methods have been integrated into our training module to help participants retain and expand their retention capacity.

Get more creative

The lifeblood of artists is creativity. Creativity is the ability to think outside of the box to create better solutions. Even though it may seem impossible or too complex, this ability to think outside the box and solve creative problems is a huge boon for the workplace. Participants will learn new strategies and methods that allow them to harness their creativity. They can also use their unique ideas to find the best place to put them in their work and home environments.

Participate and be a critical thinker

When our minds are performing unique tasks, or making valuable judgments using pertinent information on the spot, they are at their most active. The brain can be stimulated with multiple aspects of problems to help it make valued judgments later. The brain can benefit from new experiences, such as solving multilayered questions . However, it may also experience a similar effect to introducing new tasks to it. These new experiences will be offered to participants, and they will also be taught how to solve them. Participants will also be provided with programs that will instill the attitude of exploration and experimentation within their brains. This will help them maintain this positive behavior even after they have finished their training.

Encourage adaptability and dynamism when problem-solving

Although there are some problems at work, they can be recurring issues that may arise. However, other problems may present themselves and require solutions. One problem most manufacturing companies face is finding the right raw materials from which to produce their goods. There would normally be a supplier who can provide this solution all the time. But what happens if that supplier is no longer available? Participants are encouraged to search for simple solutions to certain problems (in this instance, finding a new supplier) and then create unique solutions for others (finding suitable substitute materials). This encourages dynamism and adaptability which will help in long-term solutions.
