Winter Training – Agility, Speed and Acceleration
ages 12+ November, December, January
Tuesday 3:30pm/Thursday 12:30pm/ Sunday 2pm
Our winter high school training consists of technique workouts; focusing on coordination, quick twitch muscle reactions, fluidity of movement, ground contact, etc. Speed is a vital skill for any sport. More often than not, speed and the ability to move fluidly, gives any athlete the upper hand over their competition. No skills are required but we do ask our athletes to show up ready to work hard; focusing all their energy on the task at hand.
Sessions will be held on post between the track and the hill, as well as at a park in town... location will change depending on the previous sessions, so please contact us.
