The Disciplines of Engineering Career Fair (Decaf), established in 1998, is an annual student-run multidisciplinary career fair at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). This event provides company representatives with the opportunity to interact and engage with UCSD's talented engineering students who are seeking internships, full-time positions, and summer employment opportunities.
Open exclusively to UCSD students and alumni, Decaf is coordinated by the Triton Engineering Student Council at the Jacobs School of Engineering. The Council represents the wide spectrum of disciplines in the Jacobs School, and advocates for the interest of UCSD's engineering students and student organizations. Over 1,000 students attend Decaf each year.
This year, TESC is working closely with Tau Beta Pi (TBP) and Eta Kappa Nu (HKN), two honors societies, to host a second portion of our career fair. This Honors Recruiting Event (HRE) will be open only to honors students or students with qualifying GPAs. HRE is an annual event exclusive to top engineering students who have amazing GPAs and academic records, and it provides a unique experience for company representatives to spot talent in a smaller selection pool. The Honors Recruiting Event begins an hour after Decaf ends, and provides a more intimate setting for company representatives to interact with students.

Update (10/30/19): By popular request, we are adjusting the Corporate, Standard, and Start-Up/Small Business packages to include fewer parking spaces. Thus, we are also reducing the cost of each package by $50/parking space removed. To be specific, we are changing the number of spaces included in the Corporate package from 4 to 2, and the number of spaces included in the Standard and Start-Up packages from 2 to 1. We are therefore reducing the package prices from $3000 to $2900, $850 to $800, and $550 to $500 respectively. This updated pricing model allows your company more flexibility in determining how many parking spaces your representatives will need. (With early bird pricing, package prices are reduced by $45/parking space removed as per the 10% discount.
Update (10/31/19): We have added pricing for the Honors Recruiting Event, and tickets are now available for purchase. Please note that the "HRE as Add-on to Decaf" option can only be purchased in addition to a Corporate, Standard, or Startup package.
