Hello 2017 Fall session Debs:
The costs for 2017 Debs is as follows:
Existing Debs with WFTDA insurance $75
New Debs with WFTDA insurance $75
New Debs WITHOUT WFTDA insurance $115
We intend to host 12 practices in the fall season.
Our practice schedule at this point is as follows. This is of course barring any restrictions from not having space at either the Roy Wilkins, Ex Halls A/B, or some offsite (like Wooddale Fun Zone or the Roller Garden)
We intend to hold practice from 3:30pm-6:00pm. The practice will look like this:
3:30 5 min Announcements
3:35 10 min Pep / dryland
3: 45 5 min gear on
3: 50 15 Group skate / warm up
4:25 (4 - 25 min rotations for track time)
5:50 Closing / cheer
*we had feedback from our survey that Debs did not like the Pep as much as we'd hoped. It is VERY important for us to include a Pep/Dryland component, so we are reducing the time of it, and we hope by giving a more clear schedule, this will help all Debs understand what our practice structure will look like*
**we want to emphasize timeliness and a sense of urgency throughout our practice. Please plan on being on time, or 15 minutes early. There WILL be burpees for latecomers**

Registration window is as follows:
July 5 – existing Debs can register for fall session
August 1 – existing Debs priority window closes (please register by this time!)
August 2 – waitlisted Debs will be invited to sign up
August 20 – info session for waitlisted Debs and Skills testing for existing Debs
September 10 – first official practice day
