Death Valley offers the most unique experience for photographers. The diversity of the landscape is almost unimaginable, and its beauty is rugged, raw and fierce. Explore and photograph this mysterious landscape then photograph under the night sky. Walk along the ridges of a sand dune, photograph salt formations along the valley floor, view the desert colors from atop the mountains and even photograph a ghost town. Join us on this 5-day photographic journey for sunrises, sunsets and stars under the desert sky.

INCLUDES

Field sessions, class sessions including Lightroom and Photoshop techniques, and critiques.

At JKPW, we are proud to present the best photo workshops in the market today. Our instructors are professional photographers and teachers, and are dedicated to your learning, fun and adventure. We scout, and scout, then scout some more before every workshop, even if it is a location we photograph on a regular basis. We want you to get the most out of your workshop, so we do everything we can to ensure your happiness and success.

NOT INCLUDED: Lodging, airfare, transportation and meals. Discounted lodge rooms have been blocked at The Furnace Creek Ranch. Booking information and code will be provided after registration. Participants will ride-share to shot locations. If you would like to arrange for room-share or ride-share from the airport, please advise your coordinator.

ITINERARY

TUESDAY FEB 13TH MEET & GREET 7:30pm at Furnace Creek Ranch.

WEDNESDAY FEB 14TH Sunrise and sunset field session, class session, night photo session.

THURSDAY FEB 15TH Sunrise and sunset field sessions, night photo session.

FRIDAY FEB 16TH Sunrise photo session, processing class, sunset photo session.

SATURDAY FEB 17TH Sunrise and sunset photo session, night photo session.

SUNDAY FEB 18TH Sunrise photo session. Workshop concludes after breakfast.

Night photo sessions are dependent on clear skies, and may change throughout the workshop.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation and refund policy for classic workshops in the United States: 
Cancellation made 90-days prior to workshop are refunded less $100 processing fee.
Cancellation made between 60-89 days are refunded 50% of workshop.
Cancellations made less than 60-days from workshop are non-refundable.

Please consider travel insurance to protect your investment in case of any unforeseen circumstance that would require you to cancel.
