About Our Panel

 

Dean Hutchison works on a wide range of project types at CORE architecture + design, from base building office to multi-family residential and institutional buildings as well as retail tenancy fit-outs. He has a deep understanding of sustainable design systems and has experience developing contract documents for buildings that range in size from 2,000 square feet to

 

600,000 square feet. Dean recently worked on the design team for a new LEED Platinum office building on Massachusetts Avenue. He strives to design contextual architecture that feels like it has been a part of the neighborhood for decades. Dean excels in all phases of a project, from design to construction administration, and he goes out of his way to establish strong relationships with those involved.

 

Michael Borissow has over 10 years of design experience, working on a wide range of low- and mid-rise residential projects in Washington, DC, including additions, renovations, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, and new construction. Over the past few years with CORE architecture + design, he has expanded his repertoire, excelling in all phases of commercial office and multi-family residential design. In addition to his design abilities, Michael has developed an exceptional technical skill-set in areas such as exterior skin systems and heavy timber construction.
