If you or someone you know are struggling to thrive in the digital dating scene or tired of navigating the "games" and "rules," this process and skills-based workshop will help guide you toward finding love in a new way. We will offer practical skills on how to better navigate the complex and exciting world of dating. We will also shed light on the power of self-acceptance and offer awareness-building tools to allow for a more honest dating experience.
In this 5-week workshop you will learn:
- How to better navigate the process and take the game out of dating
- To identify your love language
- To identify gender-role obstacles in dating
- To build awareness of your wants and needs
- How to connect values to needs
- Mindfulness in the dating process
- Effective communication in dating
- To explore online vs. real world dating culture
