This invitation is being extended to all of the 2015 and 2016 tournament winners, including flight and consolation winners, and active volunteers of the CWGA.
Online registration will open August 8th at 8 pm. The first 120 players will be accepted; the next 15 to register will form a wait list should there be cancellations.
The format is a variable best ball where a different number of players’ scores will be counted on each hole.
You can sign up for the luncheon only – which will start around 2 pm. Only the first 25 entries will be accepted.
We are also kicking off a fund-raising effort, as part of our centennial celebration, for the Girls Junior Americas Cup, which Colorado will host in 2018. Eighteen teams from the 11 western states, as well as teams from Mexico and Canada will be playing for this prestigious cup.
In support of this fundraising effort, we will have fun activities on holes 7 and 15. For those of you who know Hiwan, hole 7 has a 100-yard carry over a lake… and 15 has another big carry over a long and deep valley.
For a $20 donation to GJAC 2018, you will be able to “hire” a long hitter to help out on both 7 and 15. We are happy to share with you that the amount you donate will be generously matched by Westerra Credit Union.
