Crystal Reflexology (PRE-REQUISITE “A”)
We will learn the special health-promoting characteristics of 5 crystals/stones, and then apply them to the reflexes with techniques ranging from deep pressure to no pressure at all. The unique vibratory properties of each stone helps us to achieve the desired effect in the body, while the shape of the stone helps to determine its use as a tool, like a pointy wand for micro reflexes, or a smooth gliding edge for larger ones. Combining crystals and reflexology in certain circumstances increases the effectiveness of both.
PRE-REQUISITE “A”: Student of ASR Foot Reflexology Certification; OR Foot Reflexology Certification from ANY institute (minimum 30 hours classroom plus 60 hours practicum)
