The Crisis Management Conference is designed for product safety professionals with 3 years or more of experience in the field of consumer product safety and compliance.  This includes those who work for product manufacturing companies; regional, national, and international retailers; and importers and distributors., Professionals who will benefit from the program are in the disciplines of product design, safe design and related engineers, product risk assessment, human factors, law, compliance, regulatory affairs, product investigations, quality, supply chain, operations, logistics, data management, and related technical fields associated with consumer products. 

The Conference has been designed and developed by Society of Product Safety Professionals and ADK Information Services, LLC, working in collaboration with the University of Missouri St. Louis College of Business Administration.

ADK Information Services, LLC, is the course administrator for product safety education courses offered through the Society of Product Safety Professionals.  We will not provide access to your personal data to any other party, except as required to process your payment.

If you decide to pay the application fee to the institution via the online payment system that is part of the application system then for credit card billing purposes, we may need to share your name, address, and other personal contact information with the billing processor. Please note that the billing processor will only utilize such information for billing purposes, and this data will not be shared with other third parties.


This product employs industry-proven standards and technologies to protect the security of your information. The software used by our registration and credit card payment processor is fully integrated with a Level One PCI-compliant Payment Processing Platform, the highest level of data security and compliance.


Applicants who have made partial or full payment to register for the course are entitled to refunds if notification is made 10 days prior to the start of the course. Registrant will be refunded money paid less the 1.5% processing fee. Refunds to credit cards are subject to $10 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the course start date will be subject to a $150 dollar cancellation fee.


Discount  of $150 is  available to paid members of the Society of Product Safety Professionals,  An  early bird discount of $125 expires August 15, 2023.
