Innovation Brew Works at Cal Poly Pomona is hosting a Craft Beer and Artisan Cheese Pairing Class on Sunday, May 19. A cheese expert and a beer expert will lead a lecture guided pairing on craft beer and artisan cheese. During the class, participants will learn how to pair a specific style of beer with artisan cheese.
There will be a total of 8 different craft beer pairings and 5 artisan kinds of cheese. Join us and learn about what makes a great beer and cheese pairing!

Gavin Harper is a beer professional and a Master Cicerone with several years of experience in the brewing industry as a Brewmaster and Brewery Consultant.
Alex Ourieff is a cheese expert and is the owner of Vagabond Cheese Company, a Los Angeles mobile cheese shop that hosts cheese pairing events throughout the year. Alex is also currently the Sales Manager at Cellador Ales in North Hills, CA.
